Job Description
Develop, implement and track the success of targeted marketing and communication programs according to the marketing and communication plan. Effectively use a variety of marketing communications methods to motivate and persuade new and existing donors to establish a lasting relationship with the Red Cross and effectively position the Red Cross brand within the community. Successfully utilize the market and behavior data available to evaluate programs, make recommendations for new programs and implement a comprehensive customer relationship management program within the organization.
Job Qualifications
- Senior Account Manager experience or current Director of Account Services
- Advanced verbal and written communications skills
- Brand development and brand management
- Strategic and analytical thinker
- Personnel management
- Team-building and mentoring skills
- Experience in B2B, consumer and high tech
- Adept at analyzing creative strategy, media plans, and public relations plans.
